Our services are primarily focused on design and engineering, in which we carefully analyse customer requirements to propose ideas and shapes suitable for our plastic processing process.

 

Our technical department, with many years of experience, develops and realizes details thanks to the use of CAD software such as Rhinoceros and Solid Works.

In recent years, Galleno Plastica has implemented an additional technical aspect in its organization plan, which is to internalize the department of modelling and equipment creation, assisted by reference figures who have years of experience in the field.

 

This enables Galleno Plastica to provide its customers with a complete service that is 100% complete, reducing both costs and time of realization, and at the same time achieving the maximum in terms of quality, avoiding delays and additional costs due to the logistics management of separate phases.

 

The department, complete with machinery for the processing of both wood and aluminium, offers the possibility of creating any type of equipment for our production process, from moulds and cutting templates for CNC to control templates for the quality department of the company.
